• Account details, such as your email address and name.
• Content you provide, such as prompts, product links, images, video and audio you upload.
• Content you generate with the Service.
• Payment records, such as your plan, purchases and transaction IDs. Card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.
• Usage and device information, such as pages visited, features used, browser type and IP address, including through privacy-friendly analytics.
• Cookies needed to keep you logged in and secure.

3. How we use it

• To run the Service and generate the content you ask for.
• To process payments and manage your credits and plan.
• To send service emails, such as account verification, receipts and generation updates, and occasional product emails you can unsubscribe from.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and keep the Service secure.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. AI processing

To create your results, your prompts and uploads are sent to the third-party AI providers that power each feature. They process this content to return your results under their own terms. We do not sell your content or personal information.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the Service, with providers such as:

• hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase;
• media storage: Cloudinary;
• email: Resend;
• payments: Stripe and Paystack;
• AI generation: providers of the image, video, voice, music and caption models we use.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to or limit some uses. To make a request, email leadvisionanalytics@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. When they do, we rely on their safeguards to protect it.

We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the app.
