Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Paresh AI (the Service), operated by Paresh AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at leadvisionanalytics@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Credits, plans and payments

  • Generations use credits. The credit cost of each feature is shown in the app and may change; changes do not affect credits you already hold.
  • Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Credits from monthly plans roll over for one month and then expire.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and Paystack. We do not store your full card details.
  • If we change subscription prices, we will tell you before the change affects your next renewal.

5. Refunds

If a generation fails, the credits used are returned to your account automatically. Other purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at leadvisionanalytics@gmail.com and we will look into it.

6. Your content

  • You keep ownership of what you upload or enter, such as prompts, product links, images and audio.
  • To the extent the law allows, you own the content you generate with the Service and may use it commercially on every plan.
  • You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run and improve the Service, provide support and keep it safe.
  • AI output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • create anything illegal, or content that sexualizes minors or depicts sexual content without consent;
  • impersonate a real person, or create content that shows a real, identifiable person without their permission;
  • make misleading ads, false health or financial claims, or fake reviews and endorsements;
  • infringe the copyrights, trademarks or other rights of others;
  • break the rules of the platforms where you publish, including any rules or laws that require you to label AI-generated content;
  • attack, overload, reverse engineer or resell access to the Service without our permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use what you create, including the claims made in your ads.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party AI models and infrastructure. Features, models and quality may change or become unavailable when those providers change.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Paresh AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we must do so by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, unless the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
